post retirement assisgnment.

Mr Prakash Shah who retired as secretary GERC in August, has been appointed sec in the state Election Commission. This is a post retirement assignment.

Mr Shah assumed office on Monday, Hi s tenure will be for two years.
Congratulations Prakash bhai!

    Yet another coup de grâce, from Mr Modi.
    We the people of Gujarat agree that question hour is significant.It is the basic right of the Opposition party to ask questions on Government activity, policies and administration.

    However this is no longer the case with the current opposition party.What happened at the last Assembly session is a mockery of the question hour and to the "aam aadmi" a waste of money by the state opposition.A melodramatic "black out" and individual power plays in the name of right to information. The "aam aadmi" was harrassed by Opposition's histronics and the mock assembly show. Is this how Gujarat's politician should behave?

    Instead of using the Q-Hour to raise important issues the Opposition used this to raise personal profiles and justify self-importance.

    So once again Mr Modi - thank you from "aam aadmi"
