Mr J N Singh, '83 batch officer, blue eyed boy of former textiles minister mr Kashiram Rana is reportedly not keen to come back to Gujarat. He is right nw joint secretary in the ministry of textiles. J N Singh was one of the most trusted lieutanants of former chief minister Shankarsinh Vaghela also who later took him to Delhi when he became union textiles minister. J N is about to complete his five year stint but is apprhensive that he might not get a good posting in Gujarat in the Narendra Modi regime. So Mr Singh is now reportedly trying to get into National Highway Authority of India(NHAI)
