10 lakh compensation to Sohrabuddin's family

Following SC instruction, Rs 10 lakh will be paid as compensation to the family members of Sohrabuddin. Sohrabuddin was killed in a fake encounter by Gujarat and Raj police. IPS officers including Gujarat's encounter special D Vanzara is cooling his heels with Rajkumar Pandian another Gujarat cadre IPS officer in the Sabarmati jail for staging this fake encounter. Are these guys the only culprits in the Sohrabuddin fake encounter saga?
